Anne is a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition), not a licensed medical doctor, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider. Information shared on this site and through coaching is for educational and informational purposes only. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a qualified medical professional for medical questions and before making changes to medication, treatment plans, or supplement regimens.

No doctor-patient relationship

Visiting this site, using our forms, or working with Anne does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Coaching is a complement to — not a substitute for — appropriate medical care.

Coaching engagements

Coaching engagements are governed by a separate written agreement between Anne and the client, which sets out specifics including session frequency, fees, cancellation policy, and confidentiality.

Use of the site

• The site, its content, and the materials we provide (including the "12 Detox Ideas" guide and any other resources) are for your personal, non-commercial use.
