Live Your Great Life ("we," "us," "our") is operated by Anne Heffley Gaarenstroom, a Certified Holistic Health Coach based in Murrieta, California. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any personal information you share with us.

What we collect

We collect information you give us directly, including:

Newsletter and freebie signups: name and email address.
Contact and lead forms: name, email, phone (if provided), and the content of your message.
Client intake forms: health history, goals, lifestyle details, and any other information you choose to share. This is held in confidence.
Booking: if you book a discovery call through our scheduling tool, the scheduling provider may collect additional details. See their privacy policy for specifics.

We also collect basic technical information automatically when you visit the site — IP address, browser type, pages visited — through Google Analytics or similar tools, for the purpose of understanding how the site is used.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiries and provide coaching services.
To send you the resources you signed up for (e.g., the "12 Detox Ideas" guide).
To send occasional newsletters, which you can leave any time.
To improve the site and the experience.

How we protect it

Your information is stored on secure systems. Client intake information specifically is kept confidential and is not shared with third parties for marketing purposes — ever.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the providers we use to run the site and our practice (e.g., email delivery, scheduling, dispensary), and only to the extent needed to provide you the service you've requested.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any email.
